Microsoft Pilots Dynamics KB Articles in the Wild

A limited selection of Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge Base articles are now accessible at support.microsoft.com
This move which pushes knowledge base content for Dynamics NAV, AX, SL etc. out onto the broad, publicly accessible support website is part of a two month pilot which started on September 1st.
The main advantage of having this content located here is that it will be picked up and indexed by search engines, leading to greater all round visibility.
Articles are not be presented in their entirety but contain the article title and abstracts, allowing customers/partners to visit CustomerSource or PartnerSource to view the complete article.
It will be interesting to see how this progresses after the pilot ends.
